Help is also available by phone call:

  1. Call 211 (toll free at 1.800.543.7709) to speak with a highly trained information and referral specialist. Your call is completely confidential, and menus are in English, Spanish, and Hmong. Interpreters are also available for any language.
  2. Call 988 for suicide intervention, or a mental health or substance abuse crisis.
  3. Call 911 to access first responder dispatch for a medical emergency, fire, crime report or life threatening situation.
  4. Call 211 to get access to community resources like food, transportation and housing.
