Registered nurse earns MHA and MSN while working in the operating room
Originally from South Korea, Seon Lee is a full-time RN at Essentia Health and a dual-degree graduate student at Moorhead. He recently completed his Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) and is finalizing his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) this fall.
“As a nurse, we often just focus on patient care,” Seon says. “But now I understand the business decisions behind it, like staffing, budgeting, even marketing. It helped me see the big picture.”
Seon has also participated in Moorhead’s study abroad programs in Ireland, Germany, and Scotland to explore healthcare from a global lens.
