Shavantae Roberts NCAA 60m All-American
MSU Moorhead junior sprinter Shavantae Roberts finished seventh overall in the finals of the 60m dash at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday afternoon.
Roberts would earn the placement thanks to a 7.44 finals sprint. The Abaco, Bahamas, native qualified for the final on Thursday after running a school record 7.40 mark. With the finish, Roberts earns First Team All-America distinction in the event, the first of her career.
