EMS Scheduling Software Down on March 5 for Updates at 1 p.m.

EMS scheduling servers & software will be updated on Wednesday 03/05/25, starting at around 1 p.m. If you have a reservation request for this week that you have not yet submitted, please contact the appropriate scheduler as soon as possible before downtime begins.

This update will affect EMS Desktop Users (Campus Schedulers) and EMS Web App (Campus Room Scheduling) Users. The MinnState System Office will notify the Moorhead Scheduling Team when the update is complete.  Our Scheduling Team will in turn notify campus as quickly as possible.

During the time that EMS is down requests can still be made.

The Comstock Union will still take requests for meetings, events, and study spaces.  Please reach out to our office by calling 218-477-2261, emailing cmu@mnstate.edu, or visiting CMU Office 222 and we will work to meet your requests as possible.
