Día de los Muertos Celebrations

Join us in celebrating Día de los Muertos! We have a variety of activities planned to honor this special tradition:

Submit Photos for the Ofrenda: Share photos of your loved ones to be included in our community ofrenda or bring photos to the Intercultural Center where frames are provided. Your contributions will help us create a meaningful and beautiful tribute.

Coloring Sheets in the Intercultural Center: Stop by the Intercultural Center throughout the week to pick up Day of the Dead-themed coloring sheets. It’s a great way to relax and get creative!

Food in Kise on Friday: Enjoy delicious food inspired by Día de los Muertos traditions in Kise Commons this Friday during lunch, 11-2PM.

Marigold Bridge in the CMU: Don’t miss the display in the union and join us Friday, November 1st from 1-3PM for Mexcian desserts.

Coco Film Screening: November 1st from 3-5PM, continue the celebration by learning about our community ofrenda, watching Coco, playing games and more! It’s a perfect opportunity to taste traditional sweets and celebrate together. We look forward to celebrating with you and honoring this vibrant cultural tradition. See you there!
