Course Material Request for the Spring/Summer 2025 Terms

Greetings from the Bookstore:

With the Follett Discover Adopt system being worked on, we have created a backup process for submitting course materials.

Below is an online request form to submit course materials:

https://forms.gle/MQUwNHL5PDQUZads5

The form will allow submissions for the Spring/Summer 2025 terms, but they will need to be submitted separately.

As a reminder the submission due date is: Friday, 10/25/2024. If any required digital materials will be participating in the campus Follett Inclusive Access program, please submit this request by Friday, 10/25/2024.

If you are unsure what the inclusive access program is, below is a brief description of the program.

Follett inclusive access provides students with direct access to the required digital course materials for the lowest price available before the first day of classes.

The digital access subscription fee will be charged to the student’s financial accounts after the last day to add/drop classes has passed. Students will receive an email with instructions to opt-out of the inclusive access program if they prefer to purchase a physical book instead or want to purchase their course materials from sources outside the bookstore.

Here is an informational website about the inclusive access program:
