Banned Books Week Film Screening: Me and Earl and the Dying Girl on September 25

Join us for a screening of the 2015 award-winning, coming-of-age dramedy Me and Earl and the Dying Girl. It tells the story of a socially awkward teenage boy who, along with an acquaintance, befriends a classmate after she is diagnosed with cancer. Directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon, the film is based on the novel of the same name by Jesse Andrews. The novel is the 7th most challenged book of 2023.

The screening will be at 6:30 PM in the Library Auditorium (LI 103). All are welcome, and popcorn will be provided while supplies last.
