Save the Date: National Voter Registration Day on September 17

Every year, millions of Americans find themselves unable to vote because they miss a registration deadline, don’t update their registration, or aren’t sure how to register. Voters need to register or update their registration for reasons such as moving to a new address, turning 18, becoming a citizen, or changing their names.

The Livingston Lord Library, in partnership with the League of Women Voters of the Red River Valley and Student Senate, will be registering voters on September 17 from 10 AM -1 PM in the lobby area of the library. Mark your calendars and don’t miss out on your chance to vote in local, state, and national elections!
