Room Renewal Opens January 16!

The 2024-2025 Room Renewal period opens January 16, 2024.
Room Renewal is for students currently living in university housing and/or current MSUM students. To participate, residents must have a complete 2024-2025 Housing & Dining contract.
At that time, lock in your room rate and waive the $50 prepayment as you re-claim your room or select a different room for the following academic year and pick your roommate(s) and meal plan.
TO-DO:
– Save the date for Jan. 10. Walk into any hall for an open house 3-6 p.m. that Wednesday.
– Complete a Housing & Dining contract to prepare for Room Renewal: mnstate.edu/renewal
