Registration Assistants Needed at SOAR

Do you want to get to know our new students at SOAR!?
We are looking for help from all areas of campus to serve as a Registration Assistant during SOAR.

Dates Needed:
June 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th
July 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st 
Please Note: Commitment to either week in full is preferable for consistency in training and partnerships between academic chairs and assistants

Details:
June 5th and July 18th – 12:30pm-2:30pm – Training
Training will include registration room process overview, eServices navigation, college specific guidance from advising representatives, common barriers and frequently asked questions.

June 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and July 19th, 20th, 21st – 12:30pm-4:00pm – SOAR
Day of event responsibilities include attending a Registration Assistant Huddle at 12:30pm, assist new students and academic advisors with registration in assigned registration rooms.
