Moorhead High graduate with no advanced placement or college credits finishes at MSUM in 2 years

MOORHEAD — When 800 students graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead on Friday, May 12, one business administration major stood out among the pack.
Luke Leonard, of Moorhead, did not take any Advanced Placement classes or online college during his years at Moorhead High School, but he graduated from MSUM after just two years.
“I think it is this way, I’m sorry, I don’t know,” Luke Leonard said laughing, as he signed in for graduation at MSUM on Friday.
He was the only teenager graduating from MSUM on Friday, standing in line with people who have been studying for four or five years.
