Presidential recommendation to be announced Wednesday, March 22
Chancellor Malhotra intends to make a recommendation to the Minnesota State Board of Trustees for the appointment of the next president of Minnesota State University Moorhead on Wednesday, March 22. The meeting schedule is below:
- At 12:00 p.m., the Workforce and Organizational Effectiveness Committee will meet and the Chancellor will make his recommendation for the president
- At 1:15 p.m., the Board of Trustees will convene to confirm the appointment of the president at which time the individual will address the board

The Chancellor will visit MSUM to present the president-designate to the campus community on Friday, March 24 at 9 a.m. in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts Gaede Stage. There will be brief remarks by President Anne, Chancellor Devinder Malhotra, and the president-designate, followed by an opportunity to greet and congratulate our next president.
