About the event:
Minnesota State University Moorhead, Concordia College, North Dakota State University, and M State add about 25,000 students to the Fargo-Moorhead area. With an obvious need for an expanding workforce, our community’s challenge is convincing these 25,000 students to stay in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
In this session, we’ll talk about how potential employers can support younger employees to get them active in the community and their careers. Joe, a St. Paul native, chose to stay in Fargo-Moorhead after his graduation from MSUM, and Emma, a Fargo native, chose to move back after her graduation from the University of Northern Colorado. They’ll share their stories of what motivated them to pick Fargo.
