MN State System to Provide Training on Equity Scorecard
The Minnesota State System is providing a webinar to help understand the Equity Scorecard, a tool designed to clarify equity gaps through data analysis.
This webinar is scheduled for September 22 from 10-11:30 a.m. It is recommended for employees to access the Equity Scorecard.

MINNESOTA STATE EQUITY SCORECARD
Bringing about greater equity requires not only understanding the size and scope of inequities but engaging in meaningful consideration and discussion about how our schools and system can strategically work to address equity gaps. The Equity Scorecard serves as a resource and tool to highlight equity gaps and prod consideration of how our colleges and universities can improve the success, experiences and outcomes of our students and employees. During this webinar, we will provide an overview of the Equity Scorecard and discuss key insights for using the tool to prompt inquiry and drive strategy. Attendance is encouraged for campus partners that have interest or are tied to strategic planning, continuous improvement, accreditation, and equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts. Ahead of the webinar, Minnesota State employees are encouraged, not required, to access Accessing the Equity Scorecard –“How to” to begin the process of becoming familiar with the tool.
