New Academic Year Reminder of Data Request Process from OIE
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) has developed an online form for university stakeholders to request data. The purpose of the form is to streamline our request in-take process, reduce individual email correspondence, and allow the team to more easily determine our workload priorities. OIE is now using an automation with this form and we want to be sure everyone is using it.
The form can be found on our website: https://www.mnstate.edu/oie. The form itself will take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
Standard reporting is available on our website at the link above. University data is also available to users of our analytic and reporting tools – Pyramid (Blackboard Analytics/data warehouse) and SSRS (Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services). Users are able to export data directly from either of these tools.
