Dr. Lisa Stewart, School Psych, and Alums Present at ND MTSS conference
Dr. Lisa H. Stewart, School Psychology, presented two sessions at the statewide ND MultiTiered Systems of Support (MTSS) conference on June 13, 14 and 15, 2022. She presented on “Reading is an Equity Issue” and “Evidence-Based Practice or Practice-Based Evidence: Improving Outcomes”. Dr. Stewart was also on the conference planning team and MSUM School Psych provided National Cert. in School Psych credits for the event. School Psychology graduate program Alum Jessica Hardin was part of a Simle (Bismarck) Middle School Team Panel discussing how they meet student mental health and behavioral needs. The conference hosted over 200 educators from all over the state and region learning about ways to meet the needs of students.
