Advanced Sculpture installation of Public Art Project at the Plains Art Museum

MSUM’s Advanced Sculpture class will be installing a collaborative public art sculpture outside of the Plains Art Museum on 6/2/22 at 9 am. The project was completed during the spring semester of 2022 and is the result of the collaborative efforts of the Advanced Sculpture class. This years theme was abstraction. The students submitted designs that were voted on by the public. The selected design was then readdressed by the class as a collaborative whole for modification and fabrication. The project will be in place at the museum for the next two years.
