Garrett has served as athletic director at Presentation College since April 2021. Prior to that, he served as senior associate athletic director for internal external relations at California State University, Los Angeles from 2015-2021. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
