Dragon’s Mental Health

Hello Dragons!

My name is Nicole Sandoval, and I am a sophomore here at MSUM studying Psychology while also minoring in Art Therapy.

I am EXCITED to announce that the student org that I have put so much thought and effort is finally here! Introducing: Dragon’s Mental Health!

What is Dragon’s Mental Health?

Dragon’s Mental Health is a student organization that talks about Mental Health and breaks the stereotypes and stigmas with it. We will discuss self-care, coping mechanisms, and resources available to you on and off-campus. We plan on doing fun events to help spread awareness and promote self-care!

You can add yourself as a member on Dragon Central if you’d like. Don’t worry, your not committing to anything! This just helps us see who’s interested and for you to see what organizations your in/like to be in.

Our First Event:

Are you intrigued and interested now? Great! Have more questions or thoughts? Greart! I invite you to come to our first event! On January 21st at 5pm in CMU 205, we will be hosting our first event! This will be a time to ask questions, provide ideas or suggestions, and learn more about us! While learning about us, you will get the chance to make cards for your friends, family, or to donate to Letters Against Depression! So come and have a fun and relaxing time!

Questions?

Feel free to email me with any questions you have, or ask them at our event! You can also follow us on instagram @dragonsmentalhealth and DM questions there!

Thank you for reading this, and I hope to see you on Friday!

Stay warm,

Nicole Sandoval
