Author Visit with Anton Treuer for One Book, One Community
This year’s One Book One Community project is hosting a free presentation and book signing by Anton Treuer, author of this year’s community read, the best-selling Everything You Wanted to Know About Indians but Were Afraid to Ask. The event will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 26, at Concordia College’s Knutson Campus Center Centrum (901 8th St S).
One Book One Community is a collaboration among the area’s libraries and cultural institutions, including MSUM’s own Livingston Lord Library, which has copies of the book in physical and ebook form.
Doors open at 6:30 pm, and admission and parking are free. Seating is first come, first serve. Please note: Concordia College has a mask requirement for all indoor events. A book signing is also planned as part of this event and books will be available for purchase.
This event will be streamed live at https://www.concordiacollege.edu/streaming/ and the video will be available after the event. Check the event Facebook page or the One Book, One Community website at www.1book1community.org for details!
