24/7 Chat with a Librarian!
The library now has research chat service 24/7! MSUM librarians will monitor and answer chats during normal service hours. Outside of those hours the answer could be coming from an academic librarian anywhere in the world. The MSUM library is partnering with AskMN, a cooperative online service of Minnesota libraries providing information and research help to all Minnesota residents and students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In joining the cooperative, MSUM pays nothing for the chat platform and can provide chat assistance free to all students, faculty and staff any time of the day.
