You’re Invited: Co-curricular Learning Models Presentation
MSUM is pleased to offer a unique opportunity to learn more about best practices for successfully offering a co-curricular learning model at MSUM that leverages student experiences to engage them in learning beyond the classroom. The Student Life Pathways are a co-curricular learning model designed to engage students and support their skill-building. The Student Life Pathways initiative supports MSUM’s strategic priority to offer a Distinctive Student Experience. Additionally, it supports MSUM’s goals set forth in the HLC accreditation for implementing co-curricular learning outcomes and assessment.
Dr. Keith Edwards, a nationally recognized scholar and consultant in co-curricular learning, will be virtually visiting MSUM to present a 90-minute Keynote that will cover the key components and rationale for this approach to student learning and development.
We welcome all members of the campus community to participate in a presentation on Wednesday, October 6 from 1:30-3pm. If you are unable to attend during the session, a recording will be made available to the campus community.
