Community Participation for Dragon Welcome Week
We are excited to welcome student organizations, campus departments, and members of the Fargo/Moorhead community, to participate in Minnesota State University Moorhead’s 2021 Dragon Welcome Week, August 19-22!
Dragon Welcome Week at MSUM is a great opportunity to showcase your organization to students and encourage potential participants to get involved.
There are various ways your organization can participate in Dragon Welcome Week! Please review the following opportunities and complete the form below to get involved.
- Welcome Week Packets – Your organization can supply promotional materials/coupons to be distributed to students through our Welcome Week Packets. Materials should be delivered to MSUM’s Comstock Memorial Union, Room 113, by August 13th. We ask that you supply 800 copies.
- Donations – Providing donations for event prizes and giveaways is another great way to participate in Dragon Welcome Week! If you would like to donate materials, please complete the form below.
- Moorhead Tour – We are looking for community partners to participate in our Moorhead Tour. Please let us know if your organization would like to be involved in the tour!
- Sidewalk Café – Would you like to connect with students in-person? Sign up for our Sidewalk Café taking place on August 21st from 11am-2pm. The event is held outside MSUM’s residence halls and is a great opportunity to introduce your organization to students. We will supply a six-foot table and two chairs for each booth. Available space is first-come-first-served, so sign up soon!
