Ben Meland, a 2006 graduate of MSUM in Construction Management, is Co-Founder & CEO of Construction at Enclave where he leads the mission-driven development, construction and property management company in creating spaces that inspire people to do their best work and live their best life. A 2020 Prairie Business 40 under 40 recipient, Ben’s innovative vision and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship inspire team members to deliver the highest in reputation to Enclave’s clients and has spurred the Company’s growth over the last 10 years. Since its inception, Enclave has completed more than 70 multi-family, commercial, industrial and health care builds across the upper Midwest and beyond.
Ben served on the board of The Dakota Medical Foundation from 2016 – 2021 and currently serves on the board for Pulse. He also supports his church community through his time, talent and treasure. Ben resides in West Fargo with his wife Annie who received her bachelor’s degree from MSUM in 2006 and master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2009. The couple have four children, Khloe, Hudson, Finn and Lincoln.
