Free Counseling Services
MSUM’s Community Outreach Center (COC) provides free, professional, and confidential counseling services that are open to the Fargo-Moorhead and MSUM campus communities. Counseling services are provided by Master’s-level Counselors-in-Training that are supervised by professional counselors and faculty supervisors.
Due to the COVID pandemic, the COC is providing Telehealth sessions using HIPAA compliant Zoom. In-person sessions are available upon request. The Community Outreach Center (COC) is located in Lommen Hall 113. To schedule an appointment please call 218-477-2513 or email at counseling@mnstate.edu.
The Counseling Center will be open during the following times:
Monday 9:00am-7:00pm
Tuesday: 10am-7:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am-7:00pm
Thursday: 10am-7:00pm
