Workplaces In Color: a recap & recording
On Thursday, November 5, 2020, MSUM Career Development Center and Student Life teamed up to host Workplaces In Color, an online event featuring Black, Indigenous, and People of Color’s perspectives. During the conversation, panelists shared their perspectives and experiences in the work world. They provided insight into how to examine a workplace’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as strategies to push organizations and leaders to enact policies and practices to make workplaces more equitable.
The panelists included James Whirlwind Solider, Rani Bezanson, and Tyler Fischbach who all are part of the local Moorhead-Fargo community.
