Closed group meeting to discuss the topic of abusive relationships
Students are invited to join a weekly psychoeducational group dealing with the topic of abusive relationships. This group will provide a safe space to learn about the signs of abuse in relationships and obtain information on resources that can help. Anyone who feels that they may be experiencing abuse is highly encouraged to join, as well as anyone who knows a friend or loved one that is struggling.
This group will begin on October 6 and run each Tuesday from 2-3 p.m. through the rest of the month. We will meet in the conference room of the Hendrix building. Social distancing will be practiced to ensure everyone stays healthy and safe.
Due to the sensitive subject matter of the topic, this will be a closed group with a maximum of 10 members. If you are interested in attending, please email Emily Pekas at pekasem@mnstate.edu.
