Minnesota Governor Tim Walz Coming to Campus
Governor Tim Walz will be visiting Minnesota State University Moorhead on Tuesday, October 29 to tour our Weld Hall Renovation and Addition project and other HEAPR projects.
The renovation of Weld Hall is number four on the priority list of Minnesota State capital project requests for the 2020 legislative session.
Governor Walz will be accompanied by Dennis Olson, Office of Higher Education and Myron Frans with Minnesota Management and Budget.
The tour will take them through Weld Hall, Lommen Hall, Livingston Lord Library and the campus mall beginning at 11:15 am and concluding by 12:15 pm.
