Dr. Peterson, faculty member in the Department of Leadership and Learning, completed the Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR) course. This course is the prerequisite course that must be taken in order to begin submitting courses for QM Review and certification. It must also be completed for individuals who may consider becoming QM course reviewers. QM has grown to become the national standard for online teaching excellence.
