Two unoccupied, residential structures to be removed from campus

Last fall, the Facilities, Grounds & Safety Committee recommended the removal of the two unoccupied, residential structures on the west side of campus — the Sustainability House located at 1010 9th Ave South and the Alumni House on the corner of 7th Ave & 11th St South. Since then, the Physical Plant has been proceeding with the necessary due diligence and we are now in the process of reclaiming building materials. Additionally, the Moorhead Fire Department is planning to use the structures for training exercises throughout the coming weeks.
