Nominate students for Dragon Leadership Program
MSUM’s Dragon Leadership Program (DLP) invites you to submit your students’ names to be recruited for the incoming Fall 2019 DLP cohort. DLP is an opportunity to develop one’s own leadership skills. DLP may be completed in a minimum of two years and is intentional nature to prepare students to transform the world.
The program helps students identify their strengths through participation in campus activities, mentorship, activities in the classroom, and in the community. DLP views leadership as a process, not about holding a position. The program focuses on helping students understand how they contribute on a team and in the community, benefiting them individually and as a citizen.
