MSUM Flood Planning

You may have heard that the Fargo-Moorhead community is planning for a potential flood event. The Minnesota State University Moorhead property is on high ground, so the impact to the University should be minimal. We have a group of employees who began meeting this week to monitor the situation on campus and no concerns have been identified for our campus at this time. We will respond as needed to any concerns that arise.

We are in communication with city officials and local emergency managers to coordinate efforts as needed. We anticipate that there will be a call for volunteers to fill sandbags in the near future. Continue to watch Dragon Digest for updates on opportunities to support the community.
