The Registrar’s Office is happy to announce the new Major/Minor/Certificate eform. The form will allow a student to login with their STAR ID and password, make the necessary updates, and submit online. After online submission it will be sent immediately to the Registrar’s Office to process the changes.

There are some significant changes on the form:

  1. The form no longer requires a department chair signature. 
  2. The form no longer includes an area for advisor changes. 

The Registrar’s Office and Academic Support Center have developed a process for advisor changes, which led us to remove that specific area from the form. If your department would like to request an advisor added to a student record or advisor change, please contact either office and we will be happy to assist you.
