MSUM Executive Director of Facilities Management announcement
Jean Hollaar is pleased to announce that Brenda Norris has accepted the Executive Director of Facilities Management position at MSU Moorhead and she will begin her duties in early February.
Brenda brings over sixteen years of experience in managing construction projects at higher education institutions, particularly within the Minnesota State system. She also exhibits the University’s core values of grit, humility and heart. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University. She is a Senior Project Manager for CPMI, Inc. and has been working as MSUM’s Campus Facilities Project Manager since March 2018.
“I am confident that under Brenda’s leadership the Physical Plant staff will continue to support the University’s mission and purpose every day by providing a safe, dry, clean and inviting environment for all that live, work, and study at MSU Moorhead,” Hollaar said. “I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the members of the search committee for their willingness to serve as well as to share my gratitude to Karen Lester and Ryan Nelson for co-chairing the search.”
