Please join us in celebrating and giving thanks to those who have served our country! Below is a list of activities leading up to Veterans Day on November 11.
Veterans Week will commence on Campus from November 5 through November 9, 2018. Below is a list of activities.
Bake Sale from the 5th to the 9th, on the 6th we have the table reserved at Maclean hall Commons to use from 10-3 p.m., other days will be in the Veterans Center, Donations are going to go to a Veterans Support Organization in the community.
Nov. 7 at 7:30 is the Healing Warriors: Our Stories Event at MSUM Gaede Stage. (This was put together by the VA, Minnesota Remembers Vietnam, and MSUM)
Nov. 8 is bowling at the Bowler Hosted by the Veterans Club. Visit the Veterans Resource Center in King Hall 149 to inquire/sign up.
Clothing drive, October 29 through November 16 donations going to the County CVSO for distribution to Veterans in need. Donation boxes are at the CMU Kise/ATM wall, Veterans Resource Center, Owens, MacLean and Hagen Halls.
Police Call on November 9 around King, and Owens Halls from 12-1 p.m. (weather dependent). Meet at the Veterans Resource Center at 11:45.
