MOORHEAD MAYOR THANKS STUDENTS; NEXT CREST COMING

Moorhead Mayor Mark Voxland came to campus Monday to join President Edna in thanking students for their volunteer work during the flood emergency. He said students saved the city.  Red River crest number two is forecast to arrive between April 15-22, and the National Weather Service says it could exceed March 28th’s record crest of 40.82 feet.
