Amazon Business account available for tax-exempt university purchases

An Amazon Business account is available for tax-exempt University purchases sold by Amazon.com, its affiliates, and participating third-party sellers. Department Amazon Prime accounts will no longer be reimbursed.

All Amazon purchases must be paid using your MSUM purchasing card. Monthly audits will be conducted to ensure no personal use is done on this account.

To be added as an authorized user for our Amazon Prime Business Account, email BusServices@mnstate.edu. If you are adding additional people, each individual will receive a separate email to set up an account.
