Meehl awarded $10,000 PCAOB scholarship

Senior Bryce Meehl, accounting major, has received a $10,000 Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) scholarship.

Meehl was nominated for the prestigious PCAOB scholarship by his academic advisor, Kim Mollberg.

This year, PCAOB scholarships were awarded to one student each at 332 colleges and universities, and are intended to encourage accounting students to pursue careers in audit.

Meehl intends to pursue his MS in Accounting & Finance at MSU Moorhead upon completion of his undergraduate degree. He is the MSUM Dragons Football starting quarterback this season and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.
