Sannes, Wooyang Kim’s coauthored paper accepted in Atlantic Marketing Journal
Wooyang Kim (Assistant Professor of Marketing, Paseka School of Business) and Drew Sannes (MBA student, Paseka School of Business) have had a coauthored paper accepted for publication in the Atlantic Marketing Journal that is on the list of the qualified articles at MSUM. The title of the research is “A Theoretical Framework of Sports Team’s Well-Being: An Integrative Perspective of Emotional Intelligence and Equivocality on Trust and Happiness.” This study aims to develop an integrated theory by applying for role theory and commitment-trust theory to explain student-athletes’ wellbeing in the collegiate sports teams. For testing the theory, currently, the empirical study is conducting to the student-athletes at Minnesota State University Moorhead and Bemidji State University.
The early version of this study has been accepted and presented in internationally renowned conferences in the disciplines of marketing and tourism and hospitality. Especially, this study has highlighted in the 42nd Atlantic Marketing Association conference in 2017 as the best paper in the sports marketing track. The manuscript will be published in the Winter 2018 issue of the Journal.
