If you are a campus student employee and maintain a permanent residence in North Dakota or Michigan, this is for you!

Student employees who are permanent residents of North Dakota or Michigan and wish to remain exempt from Minnesota state income tax withholding must submit a new Reciprocity Exemption/Affidavit of Residency MW-R form each calendar year. Deadline: February 10, 2018.

Stop in the Student Payroll Office located in Owens Hall 106 or ask your student employee supervisor for the form. We must have the original returned and we cannot accept a form with alterations or corrections.
