Who is manipulating your vote?

Dr. Paul Kramer, a professor in Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Department of Economics, Law and Politics, will present a free public lecture on “Who is manipulating your vote” Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 4 p.m. in Langseth Hall 118. 

Kramer’s presentation is an honor given as the recipient of this year’s Dille Outstanding Faculty Lecturer Award. An award presentation will proceed his talk with refreshments provided after the lecture.

Dr. Kramer has a Ph.D. and Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota. His areas of interest include American judicial politics and constitutional law. He is MSUM’s pre-law advisor and current chair of the Department of Economics, Law and Politics.
