Graduate Students: Are you graduating this December?
For all graduate students pursuing a master’s degree and graduating in December, please note the important deadlines coming up. If you are pursuing a licensure or certificate, you do not need to fill out these forms.
Have you filled out your Graduate Forms? All graduate students need to complete Form 1 by the end of their first semester being admitted to a graduate program. Please contact your faculty advisor, if you have any questions. Form 2 is filled out when you are proposing your research.
Last day to submit Form 3 to Graduate Studies Office November 3, 2017
Last day to submit Form 4 to Graduate Studies Office December 11, 2017
Commencement December 14, 2017
