You are invited to join the Red River Valley Hospitality Association for an update of everything relevant to the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Hospitality Industry! The Red River Valley Hospitality Association meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 26 from 3-5 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Fargo.
Here we are again, kicking off another season of graduations, spring conferences and the Marathon, and the month of May seems to make for a great time to find what is happening around us. We promise to come with ideas and happenings which may affect your guests, staff and business this coming summer if you promise to come with an open mind, ready to discuss your concerns, compliments, and suggestions with us!
The Red River Valley Hospitality Association’s mission is to, “Ensure the hospitality industry has a prominent voice in the business community, to represent the common interests of our members, and to provide programs and training to create awareness and promote partnerships on issues related to tourism and it’s growth in the Red River Valley.” The association consists of hoteliers, attractions (both non-profit and for profit) and “things to do” while in FMWF (movies, go-carts, bowl, skate, a park, etc.).
The event is a fantastic opportunity for students to network with local businesses and professionals. There may also be an opportunity for students to get involved in the operations of the group to gain experience in event planning, coordination and collaboration within a community.
