MSUM is hosting a 2-day On Course Workshop on Monday, May 15-Tuesday, May 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The opportunity is free for MSUM faculty/staff.
On Course Workshops provide participants with learner-centered strategies for empowering students to become active, responsible learners. The desired outcome of the On Course approach is significantly improved student learning, academic success and retention.
On Course professional development workshops are designed for: instructors and coordinators of Student Success and First Year Experience Courses; faculty from all academic disciplines; counselors, retention specialists, TRIO personnel, and student support services professionals; and administrators.
