MW-R information for ND, MI students

If you are a campus student employee and maintain permanent residence in North Dakota or Michigan, this is for you.

Student employees who are permanent residents of North Dakota or Michigan and wish to remain exempt from Minnesota state income tax withholding must submit a new Reciprocity Exemption/Affidavit of Residency MW-R form each calendar year. Please complete and deliver your 2017 MW-R to the Student Payroll Office in Owens 106 by Feb. 10, 2017.
