Feature Tuesday – MSUM Collegiate DECA
We’re starting a new feature called “Feature Tuesday”! Each week we will switch between featuring organizations on campus and MSUM students. This week’s organization is the MSUM Collegiate DECA. See what Kaleen Krueger, President of MSUM’s Collegiate DECA, has to say!
When is your first meeting of the semester? August 31st at 4:30 p.m. in the Center for Business, Room 109. We will be running through activities, state competition role plays, etc.
What is the basis of your organization’s activities? We hold two meetings a month and in February we have state competition.
Will your organization have a table at DragonFest? Yes.
Does your organization have an social medias that students can like, follow, or join? Yes; we have a Facebook page students can like and a group interested students can join.
How does your organization #GetActive, #GetConnected, and #GetInvolved on campus and within the community? In the past, we have volunteered at the Homeless Shelter in Moorhead and at the food pantry. We also have an entrepreneurship program that we offer to students.
