IMPACT 2017
Innovative Minds Partnering to Advance Curative Therapies (IMPACT) is a program sponsored by Regenerative Medicine Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic. This program allows interdisciplinary undergraduate teams to generate their own hypotheses to solve real-world health questions.
All IMPACT 2017 teams will be invited to Mayo Clinic in Rochester on March 18, 2017 to present their ideas. After the presentations all teams will go on laboratory tours where they will get exposure to the most recent research in regenerative medicine. This will allow students to network with Mayo graduate, medical students as well as physician scientists. $1,000 is awarded per student on the winning teams with the opportunity to conduct summer research at Mayo Clinic related to their hypothesis.
