Terrie Manno was the invited guest artist for the Oklahoma Baptist University 2015 Keyboard Academy (November 8 – 14). She completed a week-long residency during which she taught several piano courses, gave master classes, and performed a duo piano recital with Dr. Michael Dean. Their program featured music by Rachmaninoff, d’Indy, Dvorak, Joplin, and John Williams. The Rachmaninoff was paired with poetry spoken by Poet Laureate Dr. Benjamin Myers, and the d’Indy was paired with projected images of 19c paintings that capture the spirit and character of each movement.
