Calling all developers, programmers, data analysts, and designers to take part in the Hackathon! Join us for 2015 The Fargo Hackathon powered by AT&T on Nov. 7 & 8. We’re ready to welcome students, young hackers, and old pros alike!
Theme: Visualization
The focus of this Hackathon is visualization. Flat files are ready and will be sent to attendees. The goal of the hackathon is to build something visual. Use any tools at your disposal to get as far as possible by the end of the event and present your idea to the judges with the hopes of winning claiming a prize! Prizes this time around will be a mix of cash, gift certificates, and techie kits (like arduino, raspberry pi, or similar)
Description: Use census data or bike share data and unique, visual representation – it could be a map, website, video, infographic or something more! Let your imagination run wild.
Teams: Hackers may – and are encouraged to – form teams! Teams may be 1-4 people. No need to be a master-level techie to participate – some knowledge of coding, programming, design or data analysis is needed. We’re ready to welcome students, young hackers, and old pros alike!
