Sign up for the First Annual Women’s Tennis Fundraiser Golf Scramble
Register by Sept. 25 for the First Annual Women’s Tennis Fundraiser Golf Scramble will be held Sept. 29, 2015 at the Moorhead Country Club (2102 River Drive)!
Check in is at 11 a.m. with the shotgun tee off at noon. Sign-up cost is $100 per person (four-person teams) and includes green fees, 2 carts, lunch and a gift.
Prizes will be awarded at the end of the tournament. All proceeds will go toward the MSUM women’s tennis team.

Par level $250
Hole sponsorship with signage
Birdie level $300
Includes player entry, hole sponsorship with signage
Eagle level $600
Includes four player entries, hole sponsorship with signage
Ace level $1,000-$1,500
Four player entries, four additional rounds of golf, hole with signage
